OVERALL
PROJECT DESIGN
1. Planning Solution - This stage of the project involves detailed planning and spatial layout, taking into account ergonomics and functionality. We will develop a personalized plan that will allow for optimal utilization of the available space in accordance with your preferences.
2. 3D Visualization - Based on the approved planning solution, we will create realistic three-dimensional visualizations. Thanks to them, you will be able to see how the proposed solutions will look in reality, considering every detail.
3. Executive Project - At this stage, we will create a complete technical documentation that will be essential for the proper execution of the renovation or project implementation. It will include detailed technical drawings and specifications to facilitate the work of contractors.
4. Specification of Equipment, Finishing Materials, Furniture, and Lighting - We will prepare precise technical specifications for all equipment, finishing materials, furniture, and lighting that will be used in the project. This will give you full control over the selection of specific elements for project implementation.

5. Site Visits for Supervision - We will regularly visit the construction site to ensure that the work is being carried out in accordance with our design and quality standards.
6. Reporting on Construction Supervision - We will provide regular reports on the progress of the work and any relevant information.
7. Measurements and Project Adjustments - In response to surface leveling and allowable construction deviations.
8. Visits to Showrooms for Selection of Finishing Materials and Interior Furnishings - Together, we will visit furniture showrooms and finishing material stores.
9. Collaboration with Subcontractors - We collaborate with subcontractors to calculate custom elements, issue invoices, and coordinate color and material choices.
10. Timely Material Ordering Control for the Project.
11. Purchase of Decorative Elements - We will handle the purchase of all decorative elements necessary to complete the project.
12. Object Photography Session - After the completion of the work, we will conduct a professional photography session of the project to capture the results of our work and provide documentation.
